Shipping policy

All our treats are baked fresh to order without any additives or preservatives. To ensure maximum freshness, we operate on a specific baking and dispatch schedule.

Baking & Dispatch Schedule:

  • Orders placed by Sunday 11:59PM will be dispatched or available for pickup on Tuesday.
  • Orders placed after the deadline will be processed the following week.

Delivery Options (Melbourne Metro Only):

  1. Local Pickup (Free): Available from our Hawthorn location on Mondays and Tuesdays.
  2. Standard Delivery (Calculated by weight) Melbourne Metro only. 
    Delivery days: Tuesdays only

    Please check your postcode before placing your order. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver outside these postcodes.

Shelf Life & Storage:

  • Best Consumed: Within about 7-14 days from the date of baking.
  • Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.

Please note: We currently only deliver within the Melbourne Metropolitan area to guarantee the quality of our fresh products.
